Terms & Conditions
ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
Clients are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment
Clients who arrive more than 45 minutes past their allocated appointment time may have to be rescheduled and any free image deal forfeited
We reserve the right to offer either a shortened makeover session or cancel the appointment altogether if the clients arrives late for their appointment.
If for any reason you fail to attend your appointment without notice, your free image allocation is forfeited
All appointments are subject to availability and a refundable £20 per person booking deposit
Promotional vouchers purchased through our partners such as Time out/Groupon/Wowcher are for new customers only (clients who have attended The Boutique London outside of a 12 month period will be classed as new).
All clients must be above the age of 21. Strictly no under 21's, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
The Boutique does not cater to large groups of people unless specifically pre booked.
If you need to change your appointment date please call/email our studio immediately on /firstname.lastname@example.org . If you wish to reschedule your booking within 72hrs of your scheduled sitting, you free image allocation is forfeit.
All appointments, vouchers, packages are valid for 3-6 months only, depending on the promotion.
Promotions may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or vouchers.
All appointments, vouchers, packages cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole.
Clients are under no obligation to purchase any photographs on the day of the shoot.
Unless specifically requesting images as prints, all images will be provided in digital format. (jpegs)
For copyright purposes no personal photography or filming is permitted at the studio, use of digital cameras, camera phones, video recorders, or any photographic/video capture devices are prohibited.
In booking your appointment or purchasing a promotion you agree to the terms and conditions as stated above….
Once a purchase of digital images has been made, due to the nature of the product (digital files) no refund can be made once the client has left the studio.
